I've always had a passion for staying active and eating nutritiously. For years I've lived my life dedicated to taking great care of my body through regular exercise and healthy food choices.

I decided to take this passion and make it a career. As a certified Personal Training Specialist, I am committed to helping men and women become a stronger version of themselves not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
​
I believe that being active is a crucial part of maintaining a healthy body AND a healthy mind. There is a powerful connection between staying active and our mental well-being - how we perceive ourselves, how we handle stress, and how we cope with negative people and experiences in our lives.
My goal is to ensure that men and women feel better about themselves in every way.

It’s been a rewarding experience to work with Keri over the last several months. As an active person, I never really felt the need for a workout program. However, no matter how active I was, nor how clean I kept my diet, I didn’t feel strong or toned. Last fall I decided to give Keri a try and I was pleasantly surprised. We worked together 2x’s a week for 12 weeks and she provided a program for the 3rd workout of every week, of which I did on my own. By the end of 12 weeks, I had lost 8 lbs overall and gained significant muscle. Overall, I lost 5.5” while my bicep measurement increased by .5”. The best part is feeling stronger and toned.

Keri became my personal trainer in January 2023. Since then, the strength in my upper and lower body has improved immensely. I am amazed by the many push-ups, chest presses, and other exercises that I can do. I have increased weights and reps of the exercises over time.
