All fitness classes will be completed in a GROUP format. 

In-person fitness classes are available for women and men living in London ON. 

Online fitness classes are available for all women.

Body Strength

  • 2 one-hour training sessions per week 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

       4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
