I'm Keri Hamilton, a Certified Personal Trainer focused on helping clients build strength, mobility, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits that can fit into schedules of all kinds. My coaching goes beyond workouts—I teach you how to train smart, eat well, and stay consistent for long-term results.

My passion for health and fitness started in my early 20s. Since then, I have prioritized a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and nutrition. I realized how powerful it feels to understand your body, fuel it properly, and train with intention—not extremes. I turned my passion into a mission: to create a supportive, educational, and empowering coaching experience for men and women who want to feel strong, energized, and youthful.

With a training philosophy built around balance, science-backed programming, and mindset, I’m here to simplify the process and guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re just starting or leveling up, my coaching is designed to meet you where you are. Clients can expect personalized workouts, realistic nutrition guidance, form-focused coaching, and a judgement-free environment that prioritizes long-term results over quick fixes. Exercise Programming

As the foundation of personal training, workouts are designed to match a client’s goals, fitness level, and limitations which ensures steady, sustainable progress without injury.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Exercise alone isn’t enough — nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress, and hydration all impact results. As a health and fitness coach, I provide guidance, education, and habits that support overall health. This helps clients build consistency and understand how their body works, not just follow a routine.

Accountability & Motivation

Personal training is just as much coaching as it is programming. Trainers help keep clients committed, confident, and supported.

This includes:
